Crowns
Attractive coverage
Our natural-looking crowns are custom-made to restore badly broken or decayed teeth. They can be used to cover a large filling or decay, hide discolouration or protect a tooth that has had root canal treatment.
As a crown completely covers an affected tooth, it can restore its strength, shape and appearance.
Crowns – the Sutton Aesthetic way
Our crowns are produced from porcelain or ceramic, which prevents a black line from developing where the tooth meets the gum – a problem that often occurs with crowns made from porcelain and metal.
Dr Afzal particularly enjoys prosthodontics (the branch of dentistry concerned with the design, manufacture and fitting of natural-looking restorations) and he has replaced many unsightly crowns.
Take a look at some attractive examples of Dr Afzal’s work below:
Case 1
Dr Afzal replaced nine metal bonded crowns with ceramic ones.
Case 2
Dr Afzal replaced a fractured crown and used minimal preparation veneers to create a brand new smile.
